If we are headed for another ice age then aproximately how long will it be untill it's here?

I think it won't happen for 1000's of years if we are but I don't know which is why I'm asking. I dunno, maybe scientists don't know either. Can it really also happen when we didn't expect it to like it did in Day After Tomorrow?

As soon as we get through this global warming phase we will be on our way to another ice age.

1. You shouldn't care, you will be long dead, as will your children, and their children's children.  

2.They don't know the exact date, but it won't be the day after tomorrow, the day after that, or next tuesday.

3.The Day After Tomorrow is a movie
