If we are performing ex fajr namaz and we see a snake do we have to stop performing namaz and kill snake or

You say your namaz in a safe environment (as much as possible), if a life threatening incident happens then you are to break and handle the situation and then make up your prayers afterwards.

Its not just life but even if there is a danger to your property or belongings no matter how valuable, then you have a right to break your prayer by saying salaam, save your life/property/belongings and then either pray again or offer Qadha prayer as per the situation. Allah knows best
