If we ever come across life on another planet. what plans have we made to annihilate them first.?

This assumes thery are less advanced than us:

First, we identify a group of aliens with little contact with other groups. Then we send somebody claiming to be the 'messiah' who will tell them to go kill all the other groups.

Repeat this until all of them believe that they need to destroy the other groups. When they invent nuclear wepaons, they will destroy themsevles.

Sometimes I wonder if this didn't happen on Earth...

First we announce that the alien life on the other planet are supporting terrorists, then we announce that anyone supporting the alien life on other planets are also supporting terrorists (you are either with us or against us), then we bomb their capital city killing thousands of em, invade their planet, and steal as much natural resources as we can while we occupy their planet while at the same time killing more of them and telling the ones that survive that they are now a democracy and they should be loving us for it.

lol. History has proved that humans have not got a very good track record when introducing themselves thats for sure.

Native American indians.

Other indigenous tribes wiped out, lands taken or shipped out.

For one thing - did we ask to land on the Moon or Mars - no we just parked ourselves so thats a good start.
