  1. you dont need a religious marriage only a civil one for it to be legal

  2. No, contact British embassy in whatever country or check out the immigration site for the UK

    http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/working...

    Check this site out

  3. Yes you can get married in a registry. This is legally recognised in the UK (and other countries too). No you don't have to get married in your religious law (this is Britain after all!)

If he wants to work in the UK he will then have to go home and apply for a settlement visa and pay about £800. You will need to prove you are in a genuine relationship. Eg show that you have a lease together, bills. joint accounts etc.

Once it is approved he can stay and work in the UK for two years. You said that he wants to work in the UK to gain experience, however as employers have to offer all jobs to UK/ EU citizens first, and they can only give jobs to non UK/ EU people if they can prove that a UK/EU person can't fill the role, it will still be hard for him to get a job.

After the two years are up he can apply for leave to stay (this goes for 3 years), then after all that you can be a permanent resident.

He can't be living between the UK and his home country. He cannot leave the UK for more than 9 nines or his visa will be void and you have to start again.

  4. I answered your previous question, but I'll add here that just being married to you makes no difference in his immigration status or his right to work. He needs to get an offer of a job and then get his potential employer to procure him a work permit.

Donm't blame the British Government, blame the con artists who used the marriage loophole as a way of exploiting the social security system.  It's because of them that all this harsh regulation has had to be introduced.

  5. All I know is that you dont need a religious ceremony to be legally married.

God does not come into it but the law does.
