If we see from earth the size of moon and sun seems equal is it only by chance or having some logic ?

the size of moon and sun seems equal from earth , thats why in solar eclipse the moon completly hides sun .

It is only by chance.Interestingly,it is a coincidence that the  ratio of the distance of the sun and that of the moon from the earth is approximately equal to the ratio of the sun's size and that of the moon(both about 400 times,approximately).Hence they both look as if they have same size from the earth.That is why ,sometimes the sun is completely blocked by the moon which is the case of full solar eclipse.

The sun is much larger. However it is also much much further away. You know that the farther you are from an object the smaller it looks. The sun is 93 million miles from earth. The moon is 221,463 miles to 251,968 miles away from the earth (eliptical orbit). In other words the sun looks the same size because it is much further away.

the sun is larger than the moon, its further away so it looks the same size, and yes the fact that they "look" the same size is why the moon can eclipse the sun when lined up that way

It is pure coincidence.  However, as the Moon is moving away from the Earth by a few centimeters a year, one day, a long time from now, a total eclipse will become impossible as the apparent size of the Moon shrinks.  All "total" eclipses will become annular, with the Moons disk smaller than that of the Sun

Really chance.  The sun's size changes over time.  The moon's distance changes over time.  So, the apparent sizes change over time.  Not only JUST HERE do they look the same size, but ONLY RIGHT NOW do they look the same size.

Now if I can switch hats for a moment:  If they were not visually the same size, then the plague of darkness would have been harder to pull off.

i guess it is luck but so is the fact that life even evolved on earth...
