If the people of the United States of America were somehow able to bring the Bush Administration up on war crimes tribunals, would Senator Pelosi be guilty of obstruction of justice?

  1. I would say that if we were somehow able to impeach President Bush (and we should since he has violated just about every section of the Constitution) then yes we would have to prosecute Pelosi and Reid because they have had the opportunity to withdraw both the funding and approval for the war and they didn't. They have constantly stood by and even hindered calls for impeachment so yes. Since an attempt to impeach Clinton was made even though he never actually broke the law then it is only just that Bush and Cheney be called into account for their actions.
