  1. 1.  Excellent customer service from the wait staff.

    2.  Excellent food (quality) and variety on the menu

    3.  A good atmosphere and a good location.

    4.  Convenient hours.

    The key in the food industry is the service.  Generally, people can get good food anywhere.  Good service is much harder to find.  If you have the best food, the best atmosphere and the best location but the service is bad, people will not come back.


  2. Use personal touch by remembering the customer's names and give higher services than they expected.

    CLEAN BATHROOMS!  if you go into a restaurant and u see a disguisting bathroom, will u ever go back to that place no matter how good the food is????
