If/when Kate Middleton and Prince William get married will she be Queen?

Will it be King William and Queen Catherine? But William will have the power? WIll queen title just be for show. And why isn't prince phillip King Phillip? And i think its safe to assume Queen Camila isn't gonna happen right? I don;t really understand British Royalty.
