and your work does not let you go early, if you get in a car accident because of the really bad weather can you hold you work responsible......

  2. no the company is not liable for any accident that happens after you punch out of work and leave the premises

  3. no way...the employer is NOT responsible for the employees lack of driving skill or for the employees choice in transportation

  5. I GUESS IF YOU FOUND SOME SNAKE OF AN ATTORNEY THEY COULD SUE ANYONE OF ANYTHING.

    But, most employers would let their employees go early if the weather will be severe.
