If white is all colors combined, and black is the absence of color, what is clear?

Clear isn't a colour, and technically, although you answered it yourself, black isn't either.

Be careful - white is only all colors combined if you are talking about light.  If you are talking about pigments, then black is all colors combined.

So, clear is the absence of pigments of any sort.
