Well if this means there are 10 million different combinations than the answer obviously is 10 million.  However the thing might be set up differently, for instance, like a slot machine and in this case you could theoretically buy an infinite number of tickets because one in a million odds don't necessarily hit in a million instances or even an infinite amount of them.
