I'm tired of being hot at work because the women want to wear next to nothing on their bodies. They are always so cold... if so, then put on some d**n clothes! WTF?

  1. As an office manager I have been asked that question and the dress code is there because of the grooming issue.  If you were to shave your underarms you could probably get away with it.  Professionally men doesn't look presentable in a sleeveless shirt.  And too,  a lot of men have hairy chest that a lot of short sleeve shirts (which is wife beaters or tees) shows all that hair.  I bet if you had a woman where you work that doesn't shave her underarms she would be asked to wear sleeves or shave.  As for the being cold, the rule for me is, if you have a sleeveless blouse and you get cold, then you better hope you  have something to put on over it.  I am NOT going to be hot because she chooses not to cover up.
