If women feminize men when they are non-submissive?

Then does that men male bosses feminize their male subbordinates, male team leaders feminize their male teammates, and that the leader in a male clique feminizes all the other males when they submit to his will?

If not then why is there a difference in males making males submissive from females resisting submission?
