If yahoo went any slower do you think they should be liable for a parking ticket ?

I don't think it is yahoo that is slow, but my dial-up internet.  Can't get broadband where I live.  I once gave up trying to download a you tube video   -  but managed to see it on another  person's  broadband connection.  There, it took 20 minutes, but was still incomplete after several hours trying on my pc.  No wonder my electricity and phone bills are sky high.

LOL I'm glad its not just me.

I've just told my PC that if it dont speed up soon  I'm throwing it out the window so it can see what speed really is
