  1. The very best solution is see your M.D. ASAP. If by chance you don't have it,your Dr.can show you preventive measures you can take to avoid Lyme disease God Bless & Good Luck! Hope you feel better soon!

  2. I'm in upstate NY and plugged into the local lyme community. It is becoming very common, actually it is an epidemic.

As you probably know, the bull's eye rash seems to occur 30-50% of the time.

Your symptoms do sound like you have lyme.

You are fortunate in that you just started coming down with the symptoms. I think that if handled well, your treatment period would be less than someone who had it a long time. For these folks, with the best treatment protocols, it appears that it can take 1-2 years, the first 6 months of which are very challenging.

I highly recommend the books "the top 10 lyme disease treatments", "Lyme disease and rife machines", and "the Lyme diease survival guide". Trust me, this is money well spent.

I do not have much faith in using antibiotics alone, and have researched this a fair amount. I have friends who have gone that route and you'd think after a year or two that they would be well. nope. It makes me upset beyond words.

Some folks do respond well to antibiotics, but not everyone. I'm not sure what the stats are, but my approach was to research the treatments that were MOST effective. I wanted to get better, and not lose my life savings in the process.

I have employed multiple modalities, as many who get better from lyme, and now am 90% better.

I also recommend finding a good LLMD who gets results.

My core protocol to recover from chronic lyme has been:

    1) using a rife machine consistently

    2) nutritional support

    3) gentle, but regular exercise

    4) good sleep

    5) detoxing

    6) the salt-c protocol

    7) other herbal antibiotics

I'd be happy to talk with you more, you can always email me. I'd be willing to share with you details, etc.
