Look at yahoo groups. I know there is at least four groups JUST for teens because my son is on them. Even if there isn't one for your area, you might talk to your parents about creating and moderating one of your own.

My online school provides a thing kind of like MySpace, but just for kids enrolled in AOA.  We can comment each other, join "clubs", and add pictures.
