I don't think that the case with a mobile eatery. You park somewhere and sell food out of a truck.

in the intial stage you should have some capacity to bear losses ( appx 6 months)

Hi

The answer to that question is to go out and try it, whilst have enough close contacts and friends who may be interested in what you are doing futher more there is also need for a good location and your nature in wanting to cook food.

Make sure you have a busy area, walk-by with lots of hurry mouths.
