I feel like I have been growing my hair forever. I get trims on a regular basis, maybe not every 6-8 weeks like I should, but I don't go over 10-12 weeks without a small trim, I do use heat on my hair, but not everyday, I condition it... but it just wont grow long. My hair is kinda thin... what else can I do?

  1. When you shampoo rub your scalp and roots as this stimulates growth of the hair folicles...x when you use heat on your hair use heat protection spray when it is wet x use volumising hair shampoos and if you hav waves or curles in your hair wet it and then put mouse in it and scrunch x this makes the hair appear thicker...x    you can always buy hair extensions :P x

  2. Try a product called nioxin.  Its a whole line.  The main products you would need are the Shampoo, conditioner, and scalp spray (can't remember the name of the last one sorry)  It is usually sold in a package together.  Check at a local hair salon or even CVS.  Expect to pay probably $30 for the set, but a little goes a long way, and it works really well.  It will also help to thicken your hair.

  3. hmmm sounds like its not getting enough nutrition

    hop this helps
