If you're eyes aren't perfectly 20/20 does that mean you HAVE to get glasses?

Not at all. It depends how far off from normal vision the person is, and if the optical defect even bothers the person.

Glasses only help you to see better, so if there is a visual defect, and you want to see better...then thats what the glasses are for.

Btw...20/20 isn't perfect vision, it is just good normal vision, it can be better than 20/20 in many cases.

not necessarily.. if your eyes are worse than 20/30 you may want to get them.

No, I have nothing close to 20/20

But I'm comfortable not using glasses or contacts.

It all depends on if you can live comfortably without glasses or contacts,

and if it affects your everyday life.
