If you're eyes were tired after work...is it good to wash it?

The others say if you washed your eyes after making it tired

there'll be a vision problem...

crossed-eyes

blurred vision...etc.

Umm...is that true?

If your eyes are dry or tired, I suggest using eye drops. If you are experiencing dry eyes all the time, I suggest going to your eye doctor. He/she may give you a special prescription eye drop. I don't think washing your eyes is such a good idea.

I wash my eyes out all the time. The eye doc says to use a saline solution for eyes. Washing tired eyes wont help them to be less tired, but it will clean them. Whoever told u that is an idiot.
