  1. Depends on the situation. There are rules of the road but there is common sense too.


  2. Well, you won't get in trouble, but you should contact your insurance company if you actually struck the kid.   They will complete the investigation, and determine if you were legally liable for any injuries sustained.

  3. If the Kid Jumps out and you stop.....I Think it is the Kids fault but if it is Vice Versa....(You Knock the Kid down) Your For Th Blame.....

  4. Most likely the driver will be innocent if he couldn't stop on time.   But there very likely will be a lawsuit and it will be a hassle.
