Last night I dreamt I was being physically abused and the hurt felt so real. Could I have possibly had a panic attack or something in real life or was it all really a dream and I wasn't the slightest bit hurt?

  1. When you are dreaming you pull stuff out of your environment into your dreams.  Like the woman that dreamed someone was pushing dead flowers in her face when she was smelling smoke from her house being on fire.  Your head may fall off the pillow and you feel as though you are cliff diving.  however i  have heard of running in your dream and waking up exhausted

  2. i dont know. dreams do affect real life though.  I thought i was sitting down and a girl rest her head on my back.  I woke up to find a cat lying behind me.

  3. Well it was in ur mind so ur brain was prob. telling ur body it was in pain so yes u could have went into a sort of Panic Attack.

  4. I have had dreams about being in pain, then woken up to find I really was in pain. Menstrual cramps will cause me to dream about there being something wrong with my abdomen, for example.

  5. The mind is a powerful thing it can traslate into pain in real life.
