If you're going to lose your license does the judge decide ?

i'm going into court

and its my third ticket before i turned 18

so i might lose my license

uhm

does the judge decide it right there

or do i have to go to the dol or something

like

if you've been in the situation

if you know whats gonna happen

i'd like to know

so i dont look like a complete idiot when i go in there

You can plead not guilty, and you can request a jury trial, even for a traffic ticket.  I'm not recommending you do so, for a variety of reasons, but it is possible.

If you plead guilty, you will be sentenced then.
