If you're not allergic to PPD, are black henna tattoos really anything to worry about?

I got a black henna tattoo in Myrtle Beach and I recently just bought a kit online because I really liked it. Now, I'm trying to find black henna in bulk and I'm finding all this information about how dangerous it is for your skin. Obviously I'm not allergic to black henna because I've used it numerous times, but I'm kind of worried now after seeing so many safety warnings.

  1. YES, it is still DANGEROUS.

    PPd is a trans-dermal poison.

that means it goes through the skin into the body and causes problems.

Just because you didn't have a reaction once doesn't mean you wont have a  reaction next time or that the stuff isn't already wreaking havoc on your kidney and liver.

It is illegal to apply to the skin, but people keep using it even ignoring the danger to themselves.
