If you've attempted suicide - what made you try?

Also, what happened after? Were you forced to go to a psych ward and see a psychiatrist? What about anti-depressants?

I found out my now ex g/f lied about everything she had ever told me. i have serous trust issues and that pushed me ot the edge. i downed a bottle of my xanax bars and alcohol and ended up in a hospital.

because i was currently being treated for depression, adn because i attempted suicide, i had a police officer watching over me the whole time in the e.r. after i was released, he escorted me to the psych part of the hospital and told me i was going to eithe rsign in voluntarily, or go to jail, and get forced to go by the court. so i signed in voluntarily.

it was horrible for me cuz i hate strangers. but the first night anywhere is always the hardest. after that i started getting help, seeing a psychiatrist, coucelor every day, pills, going to groups all day long, meeting new poeple and finding out i wasnt alone. it really helped me out and i really matured from it. i even was sort of racist against  blacks, and by being there one of the coolest poeople in the world was black and was a nurse and helped me out so incredibly much.

while there i was put on so many diff pills i cant remember the names. yes anti depressants and antispcyhotics for me, because i found out i have schizophrenia. all in all though,  it was the best thing to ever happen to me
