  1. You shouldn't have been sacked for being sick, provided you had a sick note. Are you sure this is the reason you were let off? Either case, you should be paid up to the day you were sick/were let go, depending on your work contract (some companies don't pay you for sick days).

  2. If you had accumulated annual leave then you should be paid any that you are entitled to, but haven't been paid you should get it with your severance pay.

I think you need to look into the whole sacking thing, you can't just get sacked for being sick. How long have you worked there - you may have been entailed to Statutory Sick Pay, if not your employer should have given you an SSP1 to claim Incapacity Benefit - visit your local CAB office for free advice about this as your employer sounds a bit dodgy

  3. I would have get the other side because you could not be sacked just

because you were sick. Did you send or bring in a sick notes to your

Employer? So you see you have edit the question so go & come back

with the full story OK BIG MAN?.

There are three sides to every storeys, that is your side, my side, and the truth, so give me even two sides not half a side OK/

  4. All company has a policy of no work no pay,, you could use your sick leave to be paid...
