If you've got ski blades are they very good? And if you been to austria is it good? i'm going there next year

Are the ski or snow blades very good i thinking of getting some for when i go to austria. Next year wiv me dad.

Blades are fun for tricks, but not 'serious' downhill

Austria is SPECTACULAR. make sure you go to Innsbruck, the site of the 1976 Winter Olympics

Honestly don't mess with snowblades unless you have the ones with releasable bindings.  You risk a tib/fib fracture or blown out knee.  You don't want to have that happen out there.  

Use equipment that you are comfortable on.  If conditions are good you can rock out there.  

Just wondering what's with wanting to use blades?  Do you ski or ride already?
