And what did you get hypnotized for?

Did you notice results immediately?

I'm going for focus, accomplishing goals and motivation

I spoke w/her today, next wk, get the hypnosis.

but is it normally $150.??

She seems pretty good at what she does actually.

Then there's a sliding scale fee after next week for $80.

After that group hypnosis for confidence or whatever is ONLY 25 bucks. Man I'll be happy when I just switch to group, a LOT cheaper.

  1. Hypnosis will not make you do anything you wouldn't normally do.  There is no magic to it and don't expect miracles.  Its effectiveness is directly tied to your belief in its influence.  In other words, you must willfully fool yourself into believing it works if you want positive results.  This can be hard to do.

If you're just going for life coach type stuff then you are far more likely to perceive positive results because your goal isn't as objectively measurable (i.e. quitting smoking).

    Good luck!

  2. don't waste your time and money on hynosis. it doesn't work. they tell you things they want you to believe. it's ********.

  3. I found my hyp. therapy to work

I also went to accomplish my goals and to motavate myself

I noticed results about 3-4 hours after the prossedure

150 is usually cheap; mine was $235  (not cool)

I think you should go for it.... I live life happy and joyful now

A lot of people do not believe in hypnosis and thats something that they need to deal with so if you have people telling you wahtever, ignore them because chances are, they dont live 4% of the happy life you'll be living soon!!

  4. I went for hypnosis 18 + years ago to quit smoking.  And, I am happy to report have not had a cigarette since.  But, a funny thing happened.....I took up food.

  6. Don't!

    Save your money!

This hypnosis/hypnotherapy thing is a scam.

It only works for some of them because they actually believe it works (much like religion).

So, are you willing to spend $150 just to believe in something?

You might as well watch "The Secret" before you go to that hypnotherapy thing. The principles in both are still the same, and i think you'll save more money. Plus I heard on Oprah it was a very helpful movie to a lot of people.

  10. Hello Auntie

I'm a hypnotherapist & have sat on both sides of the sofa - It can be very affective, if the mind is willing, if not a different hypnotic technique will help.

Results can be immeditate - depend what your in for, normally it can take a day or two for the mind to settle. In your case the latter would applie.

Im in the Uk, & prices where ever you are will vary.

If you feel at ease with her then that is all that counts.
