I am going to be a lead this summer and It is only my 2nd season there.

It really depends how hard you work, your dedication to the job, how well you get along with guests and your crew, your evaluations, and how well the managers like you.

I didn't work at Six Flags, but the park I worked at, I was lead by the start of my second year.
