  1. Probably, but maybe for a fee. Or you could just borrow your neighbor's saw, or have you neighbor make the cut for you.


  2. Depends on the store and the management there, but official store policy is that they only cut items that you purchase at the store. If you bought it there before, and have a receipt, they will most likely cut it.

    Call your local store, ask for the lumber department, and just ask. If they say yes, get the person's name, and ask for them when you go in. Just make sure that you're clear about what type of wood it is, as the saw will only cut certain things (panels, some 2x's, but no 4x's.)

  3. Only if you purchase it there...They allow 2 free cuts per purchase
