if you want to find out how to get your unclaimed money, all you do is go to the website of the state that you live in, or states that you have lived in and type in your name, then it will pull up any results that match that, you can then narrow it down and pick the ones that are yours by either an address, or something else. To claim it you will probably need to fill out something, but I did it today and found unclaimed money that belonged to me that got turned over to the state because they had a wrong address on file for me, I was able to narrow it down because it was the same street that i lived on they just had the wrong number. forgot to say that you go to your state's website, and type in unclaimed property, and then it should take you to a link on their page where you can do a search...I am so ecstatic about this because I didn't know that I had money out there.
