If you apply for a provisional motorbike license online does it still take two weeks to process?

I do not know which country you are in , but UK licences cannot be applied for on line, as they are a photo-card licence. These photographs must be signed on the rear by a "Professional" who has known you for a certain time (doctor , policeman etc.). But if you are from "across the pond" , this may not apply

Any provisional license takes up to ten working days. Do you have any type of license already? If so, you may already have provisional motorcycle entitlement.
