i need someones opinion because i've been working out now for 6 months and see little results, I;m 6 foot 2 inches tall and i weight 240lbs, Should i take creatine?

please help me with this question

  1. you don't need anything but yourself and your spirit I have this male body builder firend and he just turned seventeen he has been lifting for a few years and he gets stronger everyday you just have to be confident in yourself its the little steps that lead up to the big picture!!


  2. Creatine does nothing except put fluid in the muscles, infact it's not even good for you at any age. In all honestly man, stay natural, inhancement pills, powder, anything will all have bad side effects.

  3. no you should not . stop for one month muscle turns to water . proven fact . if you like insulin , use creatine . not worth it

  4. With your height and weight you will be just fine taking it. My older brother inhales it. With working out, some serious lifting, and other protein powers, it will definitely help you beef up.

    and just so you know, my brother is 20. I'm 17, so don't think i'm some little kid here giving you advice. lol.
