nope. I think you can just go take your permit test, but idk if you need behind the wheel or not, you probably do. go to dmv.org

I should say so.  For that matter, I wish people had to take refresher courses ever few years or so.  There are a lot of people who have had a license for years who drive like crazy people.  They break the rules all the time.  There are days when I just barely avoid having an accident with one of these idiots upwards of five times or more.
