This answer is not an official information but limited with past experience; You may be called to serve on jury duty even if you are NOT an American Citizen provided that you are a permanent resident of the USA thus a green card holder..You also need to be living in the subject state long enough to be considered a resident of the state ( usually one year )


  2. You can't.  If you were contacted that you have jury duty, notify the court that you are not a US Citizen.  If you know that someone is in a jury that is not a US Citizen, you should report it to the court.

    My wife got her first jury summons a couple of weeks after getting her green card.
