  1. being a US green card holder you do not need a visa to ENTER

    Swiss, but you will need a shengen visa if you are also planning to visit other EU countries


  2. The green card has no influence on this question. What's your citizenship? A valid passport is required anyway, perhaps more.

  3. The delivery of a Visa is not dependent from a residency permit, but from your actual citizenship. The US - granting the green card - have no input to provide on who should and should not enter other countries... lets remember that the US control their country, not the rest of the world (although they'd like to believe so sometimes ;) )

  4. If you have a US green card, you  DO NOT need a visa to go into Switzerland.
