If you are a Vet or Military or immediate family of military which candidate are you supporting?

The Dems say that because 133 of the 292 deployed troops to donate did so for Obama, that Obama has the majority of the military support. I disagree and think that only proves that not alot of deployed troops donate to the candidates. My husband is an OIF Vet and still in the military and him and I are both supporting McCain.

  1. Me US Army retired 1960-1980, Both my wife and myself are for McCain.... We live across street from a Military Instalation and have yet to see a Obama supporter in this area...All for McCain    We were trained to fight Communists not vote for them...

    Lib papers, I'm a retired Marine and Obama scares me, Sen. Mcain has been there as I have, Everyone I know supports Sen Mcain, Obama is a pretty boy wanna be, An Elitist, that in my opinion would ruin this country. God bless you and your husband, Thank you both for your service, as a team I hope you understand, what it takes to be a military family. i served 30 years, and had the best wife in the world, she supported me through many wars, and time apart, but we both knew it was the best interest of this country, she past away 2 years ago, and I will always love her, as she loved me. sorry, but I hope you and your husband will understand,.     There's no way in h**l the military is supporting Barack Hussein Obama, who doesn't have a clue as to what military service is about.

  7. Most everyone I know in the military is voting for McCain, though there are a few for Obama.

    But, (and this is very important)

    no one should assume that any candidate has the support of the troops, it's impossible to quantify it that way.  No one speaks for everyone anyways.

    MY Sister -  Army Iraq War Vet.

    My Father-in-Law - Navy Vet.

    My Brother-in-Law - Right now is Deployed in the Navy

    MY Sister-in-Law - Stationed in Japan Navy

    All are voting for McCain

    and everyone they know in the military are also voting for McCain.
