  1. it actually depends on the state and its laws


  2. Depends on the laws of your unknown State, the nature of the crime, and if you were convicted as a juvenile or as an adult.

    In "some" states no felonies, not even a juvenile one, can even be sealed. In others the record of a juvenile conviction even for a felony can actually be destroyed. Without knowing where you are, that's as detailed as anyone can be.

  3. Nope and if you try to get a government job at any point or join the military there is no such thing as sealed.

    There is really no such thing as a 'sealed record.'  For example any Federal search cannot be blocked by the seal.


  5. It automatically comes off your record, I believe.  Juvenile records get sealed, and are only able to be accessed by a court order.
