If you are a guy and thin, you better don't run shirtless in the park?

I overheard a girl said this in a train. I don't understand why would anyone think that it is inappropriate or offensive for a thin maybe not-so-muscular guy to run shirtless. Do you have the same opinion as the girl? Or is it people can get judgmental sometimes? Do we need to have the "body" to be shirtless?

Don't pay attention to such asinine remarks.  Men come in all shapes and sizes.  There's no reason for thin dudes to cover up when running in the park.
