it depends on ur running style LT is 5 foot 11 and the best in the leauge and AD is 6foot 1 i think and AD is his real nickname (all day) from college not AP like everyone calls him

be 5 foot 11 because you will be able to elude more defenders. Defensivemen have to tackle you down more. If you're 6 foot 2 they would go for your legs all the time and that could lead to injury.

It depends on your skill the closer you are to the ground the better as it makes your stability and feet move quickerand you can dish out hits and explode through holes. Its all about ability not height and both heights are good.
