just wondering...

I want to be a vegetarian for all the health benefits, and just wanted to know if you can eat fish or not..? I've heard mixed answers...

  1. If you're following a vegetarian diet for health reasons and not AR, you can eat fish if you'd like. But you would not be classified a vegetarian. That would just be a healthy diet and lifestyle.

  3. you definitely cannot. some people think that fish is part of a vegetarian diet but it isnt. a vegetarian cant eat any animal flesh, including fish, which are animals by definition.

    a vegan cannot use any part of an animal including milk, skin, meat, or in any way exploit an animal for working purposes, etc.
