I think it depends on your relationship with that person. Some guys you could just make a joke about. For guys you can't joke with I would tell another male coworker so they could tell him.  I think it is easier for a guy to tell a guy. Your other optionn is to keep it to yourself and hope they notice or someone else tells them.

I would simply say.  Ã¢Â€ÂœHey your zipper seems to be undone”. Of course I would only say it when no one else could hear or I would just make a zip up motion with my hands and hope he catches on!!!.
