If you are asked why would you quit your current job,how do you response?

this morning i just had a interview,when i asked why would you quit your current job?i responsed i have beening in a private small company where the promation is impossible.is the answer ok?if you were me,how would you response?

I think your answer was a good one, it shows that you are willing to work and become better. I would have said the same thing.
