If you are at the earth's north or south axis can you feel its rotation?

I'm just thinking that since you are directly above the earth's axis of rotation, you may be able to feel and observe its rotation because the radius is too small.

Yes, the radius is small, but the period is long. It'll still take you 24 hrs to rotate 360 degrees
