  1. Any amount of lost time will be too long but I would say that it would be around 5 to 10 seconds.


  2. I never look at headlights, period. I watch the lines and car in front of me. Lights cause stress on the eyes.

  3. The trick is to not look at the brights, and they teach you to follow the white line on the right side of the road. In other words look to the right of the road and follow the white line for just a bit until the car passes. But time wise... prob about 15-20sec if you get blinded.
