but im pregnant with a boy and my nails have been getting realy strong and growing longer they feel like fake nails now they used to be thin and weak so maby theres truth in the old wives tale

I don't think it makes a difference, my 1st girl my nails grew like crazy. with my 2nd baby they didn't grow much until the very very end.

Are you talking about if youre still pregnant?  If so, then it doesn't matter if its a boy or girl.  Its the vitamins that do that.

s*x of child isn't what makes them grow. It's the fact that you're eating more and the vitamins.

Your nails grow mainly due to a healthy diet and those wonderful prenatal vitamins.  It has nothing to do with the baby's s*x.
