If you are changing the theme for the r4, would it ruin the whole r4?

i heard if you change the theme of an r4 on the ds and then you turn it off and on. will you lose data on the r4 as a result or what i heard was wrong?

It wont lose anything nor do any harm to your R4DS. Changing themes on R4DS is part of its feature. Its designed to do so.

Ya you have heard wrong, putting themees on your r4 is one of its many features.

To download the themes, go to ndsthemes.com

Once you download the theme, open up your r4 on your computer and go to the system folder. Delete all the files except for cheats, ebook,and gba frame. The file that you downloaded, open it and drag and drop all of the pictures and files on the system folder.

If you dont feel comfortable doing this thinking that it could mess up your r4, watch some videos in youtube based on how to change the theme. Hope this helps =).
