    Unless you ignore the wet then yes you are dry.

  11. Well, last time I checked, one of the proporties of water includes "wetness", so I would assume that if you are in water, you are wet.

    Better check with a professional marine biologist, though, cause thats a tough one!

    Because your under the water.

    Fish are wet when they come out of the water but water to them is dry. And if your underwater then your not wet. untill you come out of water. ;)
