If you are deaf can you go to regular high school? or where do you go to highschool, what are the options?

  1. As everyone else said you can, you should be able to get an aide or translator assigned to you.

    The other option is to go to a school for deaf students


  2. You can in WV - we have a deaf boy at our high school - he has an aide with him all day - she is his sign language interpreter

  3. you can go to a public high school. a teacher assistent will be asigned to you, and will explain everything that the teacher is saying, and help you with work if you need it.

  4. you can go to your hometown high school-a county public high school with an inclusion program (interpretation)......or a specialized school for teh hearing impaired...

    In my state-each County designates 1 high school for all the students in the county who need services for the hard of hearing---the districts also have the option of providing services themselves
