  1. He can try to come back again, but this time he'd better bring plenty of EVIDENCE that he will not stay in the US.  He'll need a copy of his apartment lease or home mortgage papers, a letter from his employer stating that he's on vacation/holiday and that the job is waiting for him upon his return, he'll need the last 6 monthly statements from his bank showing regular deposits, if he's a student he needs to document that he's enrolled, he needs his vehicle registration, tax returns, etc.....

He needs to PROVE he has a life back in his own country.  If he can't provide this documentation he'll be rejected again.

  2. It depends on the severity of the denial. I've had a few problems at the border but I was still allowed into the US & I was even approved for a green card. He can call the DHS to find out for sure.

  3. then u cant ching chong with china!

  4. Your boyfriend should contact the US embassy in the country where he resides. He was denied entry without having lied or done anything illegal (Customs & Border Protection agents have a right to do that), so I don't think he would be denied again if he comes back with round-trip tickets.

It's good to demonstrate ties to the home country, like family, jobs, real estate there. Evidence of that can be used to show that one does not intend to illegally stay in the US.

  5. get a new boyfriend whos legal or move to his arryan nation!

  6. hard to get back in :(

  7. wouldn't he need a passport?

  8. where is he from and does he have a visa?

  9. Some other countries may deny visas too. For travel plans, he will have to find other routes, away from the U.S.

Have him wait for a while and do as Yak Rider suggests.

Citizenship has nothing to do with it. He blew it. How did he got a one way ticket to the U.S. without a visa anyway?

    Good luck
